Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding in digital marketing and content creation, with a passion for developing engaging content across various social media platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze data to improve performance and drive brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Create engaging content tailored for different platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Utilize scheduling tools such as Later or Hootsuite prescheduling and monitoring social media posts.
  • Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO and enhance visibility.
  • Analyze performance metrics to inform future campaigns.
  • Use Canva and/or phone based video editing programs to come up with engaging content
  • Attend our clinic once or twice per month to capture video and image content
  • Write and proofread all csptions to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand voice.
  • Work with the clinic owner to develop a plan for types of content to be posted
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to keep our strategy relevant.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and keyword research techniques.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications.
  • Experience with graphic design software including Canva and some sort of video editor
  • Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail in proofreading content.
  • Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics to drive decision-making processes.

About the Company

Nostos Chiropractic & Wellness Centre is a multimodal health care clinic. Our integrated and collaborative team help people to achieve optimal health and performance, naturally.

At this time, our team consists of chiropractors, massage therapists and an acupuncturist. Additional modalities may be added down the road.

We want to connect with someone who is dedicated to their own health and wellness.

Hours

This job is being offered on a casual basis, with an expectation of about 4 hours per week dedicated to posting and engaging with content, with additional in-office hours for content filming/photographing.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 6 per week
