About The Role:

- Manage master project lists and ensure alignment across departments and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—including Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, Business Development, Transmission Planning, and Long-Term Asset Planning—to develop execution strategies.
- Track, review, and facilitate approvals for new support requests, providing recommendations for action.
- Prepare regular performance and status reports for management and executives.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify process improvements and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Support management through coordination, communication, and execution of administrative and reporting requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with MS SharePoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in regulatory strategy or process is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to consider differing perspectives and foster team alignment.
Please note that you may be required to work in an industrial environment, requiring hands-on field supervision. This may include working at heights, dirty/dusty and noisy environments, and confined spaces. All personal protective equipment and site-specific training will be provided.
A negative pre-employment drug and alcohol test, along with an acceptable driving record are important parts of our safety program and are requirements for employment.
