Key Customer Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:

1.   Manage delivery operations for key accounts in the North American region.

2.   Conduct regular visits to VIP clients in the region to maintain close relationships and gain deep insights into their needs.

3.   Prepare required materials in advance, based on client requirements and company guidelines, to ensure on-time order fulfillment.

4.   Proactively inquire about any special supply requirements from clients and promptly communicate them internally.

5.   Address and coordinate responses to any client inquiries or issues related to delivery, working closely with internal departments to ensure effective resolution.

6.   Oversee the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring orders are fulfilled as agreed, and swiftly manage any unexpected issues during execution.

Qualifications:

1.   Bachelor's degree or above, with proven experience in key account delivery management; experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.

2.   Familiarity with the North American market, including local business culture and market practices.

3.   Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with clients.

4.   Excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills, capable of handling unexpected challenges in the delivery process.

5.   Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with the ability to use both as working languages.

6.   High sense of responsibility and professionalism, with the ability to perform well under pressure.
