We are actively seeking a dynamic, engaging, and knowledgeable First Aid Instructor certified by the Canadian Red Cross (or equivalent) to deliver high-quality training across our diverse client base. If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and want to make a real impact, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and compliant Red Cross First Aid & CPR courses (Standard First Aid, Emergency First Aid, CPR/AED Levels A, C, HCP).

  • Adapt instructional methods to suit various learning styles and class sizes.

  • Ensure all training materials and procedures follow Red Cross guidelines and protocols.

  • Set up and clean up training spaces; manage equipment and supplies.

  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and certification.

  • Communicate effectively with Brighter Staffing coordinators and client contacts.

Requirements:

  • Valid Red Cross First Aid Instructor Certification (in good standing).

  • Experience delivering First Aid/CPR training in classroom or onsite settings.

  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to training locations.

  • Ability to lift and transport training materials (up to 25 lbs).

  • Flexible availability including weekdays, evenings, or weekends.
