Position Overview

The Driver - Warehouse Associate is a motivated and organize d individual responsible to ensure timely delivery of product to clients and job sites. 

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a van to deliver fire safety products to clients and job sites.
  • Ensure timely deliveries by following efficient route planning and schedules.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure it is clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials to ensure safe and secure handling.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and addressing concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pick-ups, and any issues encountered.
  • Follow company policies, safety regulations, and all traffic laws to ensure compliance.
  • Plan optimal routes to minimize delays and improve efficiency.
  • Support warehouse operations by picking and staging materials for deliveries.
  • Assist with inventory management, Clean-ups, and warehouse organization.
  • Resolve delivery challenges such as delays, incorrect orders, or customer inquiries professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Valid G driver's license with a clean drivers abstract
  • Able to work independently and within strict timelines
  • Great organizational skills
  • Physical demands including lifting and carrying various weights throughout the day
  • Able to communicate via email, phone and in person with internal and external customers
  • Data entry into inventory management system
  • Motivated to learn and develop
  • The position will require lifting and working at ladder height
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm to become a member of the CFLS team
