On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Product/Project & Strategy Lead - Business, AI Technology & Operations for a 10 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client's Toronto, Ontario office.

Product/Project & Strategy Lead - Business, AI Technology & Operations - Job Description:

This role involves defining and executing the product and automation strategy for expanding conversational AI capabilities. The focus is on delivering sustainable, risk-aware conversational experiences at an enterprise scale by assessing use cases and deciding the architectural approach, whether Deterministic, GenAI, or Hybrid.

Product/Project & Strategy Lead - Business, AI Technology & Operations - Responsibilities:


• Define Product & Automation Strategy: Continuously refine the strategy based on risk, value, and user needs.


• Lead RAG & GenAI Implementation: Oversee the deployment of Retrieval Augmented Generation solutions.


• Drive Sustainment & Governance: Define the "Day 2" operating model for monitoring and managing AI solutions.


• Orchestrate Delivery: Manage the roadmap and ensure technical teams are unblocked.


• Stakeholder Partnership: Translate technical constraints into clear business decisions for senior leadership.

Product/Project & Strategy Lead - Business, AI Technology & Operations - Mandatory Skills:


• 5-8+ years in a Hybrid Product/Delivery Role.


• 1-2+ years of RAG & GenAI Implementation Experience.


• 4+ years of experience with Conversational AI.


• 4+ years of experience establishing Operating Models or Sustainment Processes for AI products.


• 4+ years of experience in delivery ownership.


• Enterprise Platform Familiarity.


• Demonstrates a "Product Operator" mindset.

Product/Project & Strategy Lead - Business, AI Technology & Operations – Nice-to-Have Skills:


• Hands-on Technical Build Experience.


• Knowledge Graph Exposure.


• Regulated Industry Experience.


• MBA or Master's degree in a related field.


• Equivalent experience may be considered.

This is a 10 month contract position.
