Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks in a fast-paced environment. As a Skilled Labourer, you will contribute to the successful completion of projects while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

We are an interior renovations company that specializes in kitchens & bathrooms, custom tile showers, basement finishing, drywall repairs, flooring installation & more.

*You must have your own vehicle & basic tools (Tape, Drill, Flat Bar & Hammer)

Responsibilities

  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Assist in the assembly and installation of materials or fixtures as directed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
  • Perform a variety of manual tasks, including but not limited to loading and unloading materials, lifting, and running items and tools to leads.

General Skills

  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
  • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
  • Basic understanding of building methods, materials, and safety practices.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently when necessary.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities as needed.

  • Framing
  • Painting
  • Flooring: Hardwood, Vinyl, Tile
  • Drywall: Boarding, Taping, Coating, Sanding (Any or All)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
