We're looking for skilled and driven labourers with experience and knowledge of project execution, contractor materials and tools, and the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills with other labourers and sub-trades.

**Responsibilities**:
**-**Developing and modifying a plan of work for each site so each project can finish on time;
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with various sub-trades and clients while maintaining a strong presence and involvement in all site activities;
- Assisting in loading and unloading building materials, equipment, and tools;
- Ability to work in an indoor and outdoor work environment year round;
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all personnel on site;
- Door and window installation;
- Demolition and disposal of construction material;
- Rough framing;
- Finished decking;
- Trim and baseboard installation;
- Flooring installation;
- Kitchen cabinet installation;

**Requirements**:

- 2-3+ years of experience in residential home building or construction
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of organization
- Own transportation with a valid Driver’s license
