Job Responsibilities:

· Drafting Probate Applications

· Drafting Corporate documents such as annual minutes, resolutions, by-laws, articles of incorporation, and articles of amalgamation

· Prepare real estate documentation for purchases, sales, and mortgages

· Providing clerical, administrative, and general office support including but not limited to scheduling, calendar management, and answering telephone calls

· Maintaining files in accordance with office procedures including opening and closing files

· Managing Real Estate, Corporate, Wills and Estates files through all stages of the legal process

· Previous experience as a Law Clerk or Legal Assistant

· Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft and proofread legal documents

· Excellent organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills

· Experience using PC Law and Teraview

· Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment
