  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Set up and lead agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, adapting as needed to fit our processes.

  • Build quarterly roadmaps and continuously groom the backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

  • Write detailed user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria to guide development and stakeholder understanding.

  • Identify potential risks and issues, implementing proactive mitigation strategies to address these challenges swiftly.

  • Monitor the day-to-day progress of projects against established objectives, schedules, and budgets, adjusting plans as necessary to stay on track.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a hybrid (waterfall + agile) project management environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with prior experience engaging effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (ex. Jira and Confluence)

  • Scrum Master, PMP, PSPO, and/or PSM certifications considered an asset
