We are currently seeking Sales Assistants for our West End location. (Part Time: weekends and occasional evenings) Reporting to the Sales Agent, the Sales Assistant will:Greet clients an welcome them professionally to Claridge Homes Sales CentresEnsure models and sales office are in presentable order and good condition before opening and before closing.Prepare and present marketing materials, brochures and site plans to prospective buyersAnswer calls and respond to emails in regards to the properties, qualifying leads, and updating the marketing database.Follow-up with prospective buyers responding to inquiries and booking appointments and visitsPrepare paperwork for the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, as well as all applicable Tarion statements as neededCollect and provide receipts for depositsRedirect prospective buyers to the Sales RepresentativesInspect model homes for deficiencies and submit, and review required work orders as needed. Knowledge Skills and Abilities:Sales or customer service experience is required, preferably in new home sales.Strong communication skills an asset.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word & ExcelIndependent, enthusiastic and hardworking individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsWell organized, detail oriented and the ability to multi-task and coordinate various activities Claridge Homes is committed to being an Equal Opportunity Employer.
