Position Overview:*

The Director, Business Transformation Program Office orchestrates the enterprise-wide transformation agenda. This role oversees the Transformation Program Office, ensuring disciplined governance, portfolio prioritization, execution excellence, and measurable business outcomes aligned with corporate strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

Transformation Leadership & Strategy

  • Orchestrate design and execution of the enterprise transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, customer experience goals, and financial targets.
  • Partner with executives and business unit leaders to identify, assess, and prioritize transformation opportunities across technology, process, and operating model domains.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable transformation programs with clear KPIs, milestones, and benefits realization plans.

Program Office Governance & Delivery

  • Establish and Transformation Program Office framework including governance, reporting, and performance management.
  • Implement consistent program methodologies and tools to enable repeatable and predictable delivery.
  • Facilitate executive steering committees and portfolio reviews to ensure informed decision-making and accountability.

Financial and Benefits Management

  • Partner with Finance to oversee transformation investment planning, financial tracking, and benefits realization management.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure alignment between transformation outcomes and corporate performance metrics

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

  • Drive enterprise-level change management, communication, and engagement strategies to support adoption of new capabilities and operating models.
  • Build strong relationships across business units to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives on transformation strategy and execution risks.

Leadership & Capability Development

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build transformation delivery capability across the organization through training, coaching, and best practices dissemination.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred).
  • PMP or equivalent certification required
  • Exceptional leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of program governance, benefits realization, and strategic portfolio management.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments

  • 10–15+ years of progressive experience in program management, business transformation, or strategy execution, ideally in large, complex organizations.
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale transformation programs
  • Experience in telecommunications sector is preferred
