About The Role
As a
Senior Salesforce Developer
, you will make an impact by designing and delivering Salesforce solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline financial operations. You will be a valued member of the
Technology & Engineering
team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders across banking and insurance domains.

In This Role, You Will

  • Design and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lightning solutions tailored to financial services.
  • Develop and customize applications using Apex and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams in Life and Annuities Insurance to align solutions with business goals.
  • Optimize Finance & Accounting processes through Salesforce capabilities.

hybrid position
requiring
3–4 days a week
in a client or Cognizant office in
Toronto, ON

What You Need To Have To Be Considered

  • 9+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Lightning, Integration, and Apex development.
  • Strong background in customizing Salesforce applications to meet business needs.
  • Deep understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance and Finance & Accounting domains.
  • Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (preferred).
  • Familiarity with core banking processes such as KYC, loan origination, credit scoring, and compliance.

  • Salesforce certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
