Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Salesforce Developer
to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with deep expertise in Salesforce development and a passion for building scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
  • Optimize data models and manage data migration and transformation processes.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment across the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 Years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, data migration, and data management.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and deployment strategies.
  • Salesforce Developer Certification(s) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
