As a Contracts and Project Administration Coordinator, you'll play a key role behind the scenes—keeping contracts organized, progress claims flowing, and projects running smoothly. Your work will directly support project teams and leadership by ensuring the details are handled, the documentation is solid, and nothing falls through the cracks. What You'll Do:

As a key support partner to our operations and project teams, you'll be responsible for:

· Preparing and administering contracts, addendums, and related correspondence

· Compiling and submitting progress claims with accurate supporting documentation

· Processing survey assistant fee letters and following up on outstanding items

· Supporting management and project meetings, including scheduling and meeting minutes

· Drafting general correspondence and reports for project managers and leadership

· Providing reception relief and front office coordination during lunch and vacation coverage

· Scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and supporting office operations

· Maintaining organized contract, project, and administrative files

· Assisting with internal coordination, events, and office initiatives as needed

You're organized, reliable, and take pride in getting the details right. You understand that strong administration and coordination are essential to successful projects and professional client relationships.

You also bring:

· Experience in contract administration, project administration, or office coordination

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

· Professional written and verbal communication skills

· Confidence working independently while collaborating across teams

· Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Experience in a construction, engineering, or professional services environment (an asset)
