Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled OPERATIONS LEAD OFFICER to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for learning and managing our warehouse system and inventory operations, while leading warehouse staff and driving system improvements. Your main objective initially will be to understand current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to optimize inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and manage all aspects of warehouse systems, including receiving, inventory tracking, storage, and dispatch.
  • Maintain and manage computer hardware, peripherals, scanners, and warehouse devices — including PC assembly or setup, as needed.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports for management, including inventory reports, stock movement summaries, variance analyses, and other operational metrics.
  • Lead and coordinate warehouse team members to ensure smooth operations, teamwork, and adherence to warehouse procedures.Analyze existing workflow and process inefficiencies; propose and implement improvements to the system, inventory tracking, storage, and overall warehouse operations.
  • Monitor daily operations, oversee inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Work proactively to identify and solve technical, logistical, or operational issues within the warehouse.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Solid background and experience in PC assembling, computer hardware, peripherals, and related technical systems.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar technical/ logistics role is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, or coordinate a small team or warehouse staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and process improvement.
  • Excellent reporting skills — able to prepare clear, accurate inventory and operations reports for management.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication skills (English — verbal and written).
  • Reliability, initiative, and a proactive attitude toward improving systems and workflows.
