Role Description

In this full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC, the Student Recruitment & Admissions Coordinator will work to recruit and guide prospective students through the admissions process. Responsibilities include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, engaging with prospective students, organizing and leading informational sessions, answering inquiries about programs, and ensuring smooth application processing. The Coordinator will collaborate closely with other team members to build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and educational representatives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse audiences
  • Proven Customer Service experience, including assisting clients or students with inquiries and concerns
  • Familiarity with Medicare and Medical Terminology is advantageous for addressing program-related questions in relevant fields
  • Experience in Training and guiding team members or students is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using technology for admissions systems, customer relationship management, and data tracking
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners
