Admissions & Recruitment Specialist

The Admissions & Recruitment Specialist plays a key role in supporting Eton College Canada's enrollment growth by guiding prospective students through the admissions journey and leading outreach initiatives. This role focuses
entirely on student recruitment and admissions not HR or employee hiring.
You will provide frontline support to applicants, ensure accurate processing of admissions files, and represent the college at events, schools, and digital outreach sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Student Recruitment
- Support and implement recruitment strategies for both domestic and international students.
- Represent Eton College Canada at education fairs, school visits, info sessions, and community events.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners, agents, and community stakeholders.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students and parents.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop student-focused recruitment materials.
Admissions Coordination
- Manage the full admissions cycle: application review, document verification, and decision communication.
- Ensure all applications meet institutional and regulatory compliance standards (PTIRU, IRCC).
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM and student information system.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation with Academic and Student Services teams.
- Prepare admissions reports to support enrollment planning and forecasting.
Student Support & Communication
- Provide personalized guidance to applicants from inquiry to enrollment.
- Support questions related to programs, tuition, payment policies, and application status.
- Ensure a positive, student-centered experience that reflects Eton College's values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or student services.
- Experience working with international students and/or education agents is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
