Client Services Associate

Pay: $21.00 per hour
Contract: 4 months (with possible extension)
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Hybrid (Yorkville office approx. once per week)

Job Description

Our client, an established regulatory body, is seeking a Client Services Associate for a 4-month contract, with the potential to extend. This hybrid role offers work-from-home flexibility with occasional in-office days at a centrally located Yorkville office.

Responsibilities

  • Answer enquiries by phone, email, written correspondence, and in person

  • Provide accurate information to members, applicants, and the public

  • Advise applicants on application status and required documents

  • Process fee payments and update member information in the database

  • Handle requests for print materials

  • Verify identity before releasing any personal information

Requirements

  • Experience in a client contact centre or customer service environment

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused
