Role Description

This is a part-time, remote-site Sales Service Representative role based in Ontario Canada. The successful candidate will engage directly with clients, provide product and service information, resolve inquiries or concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Other daily responsibilities include identifying potential sales opportunities, processing orders, maintaining accurate client records, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach. ( Commission based role)

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Sales and negotiation skills with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
  • Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in sales or communication is a plus
