Carson Refrigeration is a family-owned HVAC company committed to quality service, community involvement, and supporting our team. We're looking for a highly organized Operations Coordinator to help keep our projects, schedules, and communications running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate installation schedules, service calls, and on-site assessments
- Communicate with clients regarding scheduling, quotes, billing, and project updates
- Coordinate with technicians, crews, suppliers, and other trades
- Order and track equipment and materials; follow up on deliveries and issues
- Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and deposit requests
- Maintain accurate job records and updates in Jobber
- Support internal operations by tracking progress, follow-ups, and workflow needs
What We're Looking For
- Experience in operations coordination, administration, or customer service
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with scheduling software and CRMs (Jobber an asset)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure
- HVAC, construction, or trades experience is an asset
