**Role Overview**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Archaeology Project Coordinator** to support the planning and execution of archaeological projects. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and team members.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and oversee components of multiple archaeological projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Assist with project planning, including completion of critical path items.
- Liaise with First Nations, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to facilitate consultation and collaboration.
- Ensure all work complies with provincial regulations and standards, including permits and reporting requirements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, filing communciations.
- Support field staff with logistics, resource allocation, and troubleshooting during fieldwork.
- Manage timelines for project deliverables and ensure efficient tasking to team members.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients, team members, and leadership.
- Contribute to the development of internal processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 years of experience in project management, with a preference to experience in archaeology or cultural resource management, with project coordination experience preferred.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Office, ArcGIS).
- Familiarity with Indigenous consultation and cultural heritage protection protocols.

**How to Apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $30.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
