WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Brand Leadership & Strategy

  • Evolve the organization's brand strategy in alignment with business priorities, ensuring a strong market presence and competitive positioning.
  • Lead the development of creative and messaging direction, ensuring all assets reflect brand standards and resonate with target audiences.
  • Act as both strategist and practitioner: originate ideas, research market trends, understand audience insights, craft compelling messaging, and guide storytelling.
  • Manage relationships with agency partners across creative, media, and PR to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Oversee media planning and execution to maximize ROI, integrating innovative digital marketing strategies.
  • Drive high-visibility brand initiatives, including thought leadership and brand evolution campaigns.
  • Establish and govern brand standards and messaging frameworks for consistent application across all channels.
  • Explore and implement AI-driven strategies to enhance brand initiatives and competitive intelligence.

Events Oversight

  • Provide strategic oversight to the events team, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Support the integration of events within broader brand and marketing strategies, enhancing overall brand impact.
  • Ensure that event strategies and execution align with brand standards, while empowering the events team to manage day-to-day operations effectively.

Collaboration & Influence

  • Collaborate with business marketing teams to align brand initiatives with business goals and communications strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the SVP, Marketing, and other executives on brand and communications strategies.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and media partners to amplify brand reach and influence.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • 8 – 12 years of progressive experience in marketing with a strong focus on brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of executing brand initiatives and media strategies that deliver measurable business results.
  • Expertise in managing agencies, media budgets, and high-impact marketing programs.
  • Experience leading high-profile brand initiatives and campaigns.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to measure and optimize brand impact and engagement.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing direct reports and collaborating across departments.
  • Background in vendor negotiations, agency management, and budget oversight.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and AI exploration for brand enhancement.
