Property Maintenance – Morning Property Cleanup (Own Truck Required)

Part-Time | Monday to Friday | Early Mornings | Fuel & KM Paid

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team for early morning commercial property cleanups. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in keeping properties clean, and is an early riser. This position is part-time to start and could lead to full-time in the spring - though staying part-time is also an option

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, early mornings (approx. 3–4 hours per day)
  • Location: Various commercial sites in the city
  • Duties:
  • Walk the full property
  • Pick up litter and debris
  • Ensure site cleanliness and report any major issues
  • Occasionally assisting with other duties such as graffiti removal or pressure washing (training provided)

Requirements:

  • Must have a reliable pickup truck
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to work independently and efficiently
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly wage
  • Mileage and fuel paid
  • Phone allowance
