Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the ability to engage them in activities that promote their development. This role involves providing care, supervision, and educational support to children while ensuring their well-being.

Duties

  • Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that foster learning and development.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals while accommodating any dietary restrictions or preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met.
  • Educate children through play-based learning, helping them develop social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
  • Provide caregiving support tailored to each child's individual needs, including those with disabilities.
  • Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
  • Assist with daily routines such as nap time, dressing, and personal hygiene.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children is preferred.
  • Knowledge of meal preparation and cooking skills to provide healthy meals for children.
  • Ability to create engaging educational activities that cater to various age groups.
  • Strong cleaning habits to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for children.
  • Compassionate attitude towards children, particularly those with disabilities or special needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both children and parents.
  • A valid background check may be required prior to employment.
