What We're Looking For

We're in need of a motivated, full-time Marketing & Communications Coordinator to help us build brand awareness, support our dealer community, and bring our product stories to life.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing materials: brochures, case studies, presentations, and digital assets
  • Plan and coordinate trade shows, dealer events, and promotional campaigns
  • Manage and grow our social media presence (especially LinkedIn)
  • Assist with website updates, email campaigns, and lead-nurturing activities
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams on product launches and brand messaging
  • Maintain marketing assets, coordinate with vendors, and track campaign performance

Must-Have Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with WordPress
  • Photography and videography skills
  • Familiarity with other design tools (Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Analytics)
  • Create UI/UX mockups and visual prototypes for the development team to support software updates, app features, or new product interfaces
