The Esthetician will be responsible for promoting our services and products, ensuring high standards of sanitation, and creating a welcoming environment for all guests.

Duties

  • Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with attention to detail and client preferences.
  • Provide professional nail care services including manicures and pedicures.
  • Assist guests with product demos and recommend retail products suited to their needs.
  • Deliver exceptional guest services by maintaining excellent communication skills and understanding client needs.
  • Upsell services and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and business growth.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas following health regulations.
  • Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and new treatments available at the salon or spa.
  • Support the team with retail sales efforts through engaging demonstrations and personalized recommendations.

Requirements

  • Valid Esthetician certificate in accordance with public health regulations.
  • Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively educate guests about treatments and products.
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a spa or salon environment.
  • Ability to perform retail sales through upselling techniques while maintaining guest satisfaction.
  • Experience working at the front desk or in guest services is a plus.
  • A professional appearance coupled with a friendly demeanor that promotes a welcoming atmosphere. Join our team to help clients look and feel their best while advancing your career in the beauty industry
