La personne retenue aidera à façonner la vision de la stratégie de transformation numérique d'Air Canada Cargo et jouera un rôle clé dans le déploiement et le soutien quotidien des solutions numériques à l'échelle de la direction du Fret. L'analyste – Déploiement numérique fera partie de l'équipe qui gère tous les aspects des outils et canaux numériques d'Air Canada Cargo, agira à titre d'expert interne et participera à la conception de tels systèmes et solutions et à leur mise en œuvre. Ce poste relève du chef de service principal – Tarification et Distribution.

Qualifications :

• Baccalauréat dans un domaine d'études pertinent ou au moins cinq ans d'expérience pertinente (analyste – Systèmes de gestion, assurance de la qualité, soutien aux applications)
• Excellentes aptitudes en analyse des systèmes et en conception de solutions
• Grand sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer de multiples projets ou tâches
• Habileté marquée pour la rédaction de documents
• Solides habiletés pour les relations interpersonnelles, la communication, les présentations et la prise de décisions
• Expérience dans le secteur des transports et de l'aéronautique, et connaissance des tendances relatives aux technologies numériques, un atout
• Attitude axée sur les résultats, souci du détail et habileté à respecter les échéances
• Compétences exceptionnelles en planification et en organisation.
• Excellente capacité d'analyse des données complexes et de l'information concernant l'industrie
• Haut niveau de compréhension des langages d'API (XML, JSON)
• Maîtrise de la suite Office de Microsoft, notamment connaissance approfondie d'Excel et de PowerPoint
• Expérience avec Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Project et PowerBI
• Motivation, esprit d'initiative et autonomie
• Ponctualité et fiabilité avérées pour favoriser la réussite globale de l'équipe dans un milieu trépidant.

The successful candidate helps shape the vision of Air Canada Cargo's digital transformation strategy and plays a key role in the enablement and day-to-day support of digital solutions throughout the Cargo Branch. The Digital Enablement Analyst will be a part of the team that manages all aspects of Cargo digital tools and channels and will be acting as our in-house expert and participate in the design and delivery of such systems and solutions. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Pricing and Distribution.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or a minimum of five (5) years of pertinent experience (Business Analyst, QA, Application support)
• Strong systems analysis and solution design skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects or tasks
• Strong written documentation skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills
• Transportation/aerospace industry experience and knowledge of digital technology trends are an asset.
• Result-oriented and proven ability for attention to detail and deadlines
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills
• Very strong analytical skills when dealing with complex data and industry information.
• High level understanding of API language (XML, JSON)
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including proficient knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Project and PowerBI
• Motivated self-starter who can work with minimal direction and supervision.
• Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.
