Responsibilities

  • Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
  • Pick and stage parts for customer orders
  • Pick up customer returns
  • Communicate and educate customer on our products
  • Daily collection of credit accounts
  • Assist in warehouse duties, stocking shelves and keeping a clean environment
  • Operate company vehicles safely in various weather conditions and urban/rural environments, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
  • Conduct thorough vehicle pre-trip inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards
  • When necessary, utilize handheld dollies, forklifts and pallet jacks to transport parts efficiently and safely
  • Refuel vehicles as needed
  • Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
  • Handle and transport chemicals in accordance with safety regulations and company guidelines
  • Communicate effectively using hands-free devices to coordinate deliveries
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of driving experience
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Valid driver's license with a clean abstract required
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Strong personal organizational skills as they relate to workload, time management and setting priorities
  • Must be able to lift up 50 lbs
  • Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team

Compensation Rate

  • $18 - $20.00 per hour
  • Pay rate will be determined based on previous experience, relevant certifications and skill level
