Job Description

CWS Logistics Ltd is seeking the services of a qualified logistics / customer service professional to join our Winnipeg Head Office Location. We offer a fun and dynamic workplace and are looking for an individual with a combination of essential computer skills and an upbeat personality. CWS provides best in class warehouse, transportation and chemical packaging services to the agricultural industry. The ideal candidate would have a keen eye to detail, and the ability to work as an integral part of our team.

Duties:

  • Responsible for accurately entering data into internal and client systems. Assist in the maintenance of customer inventory and internal records & business related reports.
  • Using their keen eye to detail update shipments or receipt of goods in client systems.
  • Assist in managing all customer orders to retail.
  • Aid in managing client inventory and proactively communicating delivery timelines on client orders.

Requirements:

  • Post secondary or recognized education equivalent.
  • Outgoing personality with a commitment to succeed.
  • At least one year experience in an office/clerical role.
  • Detail oriented and willingness to learn.
  • Computer competent with demonstrated experience in the use of spreadsheets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP would be considered an asset.
  • Logistics background. and or agricultural industry experience.
  • Two work related references.
