Digital Marketing Specialist
to drive our growth across multiple platforms. In this role, you'll take charge of key marketing channels, from managing paid user acquisition and affiliate networks to leading content creation and SEO-driven strategies. You'll play a crucial part in shaping our brand's online presence, collaborating with various teams, and staying ahead of industry trends. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Paid User Acquisition: In charge of 1 to 2 advertising networks independently, namely Meta Ads to start. Making adjustments as needed to maximize ROAS while growing the networks.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights for campaign optimization.
  • Blog copywriting: In charge of the blog's content. Write and review 3rd party articles and post on the website's blog section. In charge of deciding what articles to write based on SEO keyword research and analysis.
  • Content Creation: Contribute fresh and engaging content ideas & ads across various social media platforms.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential growth opportunities, contributing to the refinement of our marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, writers, and managers to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects.
  • Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and innovative.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or managing Social Media Ads accounts.
  • Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
  • Ability to manage various projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinking with very strong organizational, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge or passion for sports nutrition, fitness, or wellness industries is an asset.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, with an excellent command of English (written and spoken), in order to write, translate, and optimize high-quality bilingual content across various digital platforms, ensuring consistency and uniformity in communications for our Canadian, U.S., and broader North American audiences.
