We're looking for our next 

Financial Systems Analyst

As a Financial Systems Analyst, you'll join a collaborative, high-performing team that's eager to share knowledge and support your growth. In this role, you'll provide day-to-day operational support for enterprise-wide business systems across Finance, Accounting, Treasury, HR, Tax, Legal, and other corporate functions. You'll work on system configuration, master data management, integration support, documentation and training, process improvements, and system testing—giving you hands-on experience with the tools and processes that power our global operations. 

Some of the things you'll be doing 

  • Serve as the go-to expert for key business systems across multiple corporate functions.
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day system issues and provide exceptional support to internal users.
  • Help plan, test, and roll out software upgrades, ensuring smooth adoption across teams.
  • Build and refine financial reports to support business decision-making.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Support internal and external audits, including SOX walkthroughs.
  • Contribute to special projects and financial analysis initiatives.

What you bring  

  • A degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years supporting corporate systems (post education)
  • Understanding of financial reporting and business operations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, functions).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Flexibility to support occasional work outside regular hours.

Advantage but not required:  

  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, NetSuite).
  • Exposure to SQL, database queries, or reporting tools.
  • Experience with system integrations and third-party interfaces.

The typical base salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $85,000. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive compensation package including bonus eligibility, an annual Flexible Spending Allowance, extended health benefits, and a company matched pension program. The specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
