Overview

Lustrous Aesthetic Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our professional wellness team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in therapeutic massage, patient care, and wellness practices. This position offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality treatments in a supportive, modern, and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify treatment needs and goals.
  • Provide a variety of massage therapy techniques to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on client conditions and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation according to regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with aestheticians and other professionals to ensure integrated client care.
  • Educate clients on aftercare, posture, and wellness recommendations.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Valid RMT license from the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia (CMTBC).
  • Experience in a clinical, wellness, or aesthetic environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, caring, and client-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
