J & U Health & Wellness for a Physiotherapist to join our collaborative team at our Cambie Location.

J and U Health and Wellness is a rehabilitation clinic located in Vancouver, British Columbia providing rehabilitation services to its population. The primary purpose is to provide active and passive treatment options to clientele to further enrich our clients lives by aiding in rehabilitation of injuries and chronic illness.

Acupuncture is an integral component in promoting our clients' healing and improving recovery time. We believe when you move better, you feel better. This is at the heart of everything we do, and we are seeking an
Acupuncturist
who shares this same philosophy.

Status:
Independent Contractor: 2-4 days a week 6-9 hours a day

Your Day-to-Day

●     Providing treatments within the acupuncturists scope of practice

●     Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning

●     Working collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals at your clinic

●     Utilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations

●     Managing caseload in a fast-paced environment

●     Networking to promote other in clinic programs and services.

What You Bring to the Team:

●     Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of British Columbia

●     Professional Liability Insurance

●     Specialized certifications as necessary

●     Experience treating clients in an outpatient setting is a strong asset, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

●     Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others

●     Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
