As our Cafe Leader, you'll be the heartbeat of the cafe – guiding the team, elevating the Guest experience, and keeping the space running smoothly. You'll spend your days connecting with Guests, supporting your Team Members, and making sure every detail is on point.

What You'll Do

  • Create and maintain a welcoming, engaging atmosphere for Guests.
  • Stay active on the floor to ensure consistent, high quality hospitality.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Team Members, including supporting training.
  • Keep the cafe organized, clean, and running smoothly day-to-day.
  • Monitor inventory and communicate needs to keep everything well-stocked.
  • Build weekly schedules, manage requets, and complete key administrative tasks.
  • Step into the barista role to support the Team during busy moments, while maintaining leadership visibility.
