POSITION

Kesay Furniture Studio is hiring a Furniture Sales Associate to become part of our dynamic sales team. We're seeking a customer-focused professional with strong service skills and experience in furniture or design sales, with furniture industry experience strongly preferred. In this role, you'll assist customers in-store, guiding them toward customized furniture solutions, while benefiting from excellent opportunities for growth and career advancement.

Job Details:

  • Pay: $60,000 - $100,000 / Uncapped Commissions + Benefits
  • Consistent weekly schedule
  • Top salary to include base pay plus commission

Our Furniture Sales Specialist and Design Consultant Should:

  • Possess extensive knowledge of furniture
  • Able to provide design input to customers to create an exceptional furniture shopping experience
  • Provide interior design advice based on customers' style, space, and budgett

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in retail/furniture-related areas preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Work Days: Weekdays and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
