About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to join our medical equipment distribution team. The CSR will be responsible for handling inbound calls, processing customer orders, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution of client concerns. This role requires a professional who can balance efficiency, accuracy, and empathy to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls and emails from healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals.
  • Accurately process customer orders using company software and ensure proper documentation.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, product-related questions, and service issues.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer orders, complaints, and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Support clients with product knowledge and troubleshooting, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions.
  • Assist in preparing service-related reports and documentation for internal review.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), preferably in the medical supply or healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, order processing software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling orders and client records.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and French) strongly preferred.
