Role Overview

The Director of Client Partnerships serves as the strategic lead for employer and enterprise relationships across Canada and the United States. This role focuses on driving long-term value creation, partner retention, and expansion by supporting inclusive hiring, workforce strategy, and deep platform adoption. The Director acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring Enabled Talent delivers measurable impact and business value for employer partners.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own and manage senior-level employer and enterprise relationships from onboarding through long-term expansion

  2. Partner with employers to support inclusive hiring strategies, workforce planning, and organizational adoption

  3. Act as a trusted advisor to HR, DEI, talent, and business leaders on disability inclusion and accessible employment practices

  4. Identify and execute growth opportunities across departments, regions, and business units within partner organizations

  5. Collaborate closely with product, partner success, and operations teams to deliver strong outcomes and ROI

  6. Support employers in embedding Enabled Talent's solutions into hiring, onboarding, and talent management processes

  7. Drive partner engagement through regular reviews, insights, and strategic planning

  8. Translate employer needs and feedback into actionable insights for product and platform development

  9. Represent Enabled Talent in employer forums, industry events, and ecosystem partnerships

  10. Ensure partner relationships align with Enabled Talent's mission, values, and long-term growth strategy

Background & Relevant Experience


• 3+ years of experience in client partnerships, enterprise account management, sales leadership, or workforce solutions


• Proven experience working with mid-market and enterprise employers in
Canada and/or the United States


• Strong understanding of talent acquisition, HR systems, workforce strategy, or DEI initiatives


• Experience building long-term, value-driven client relationships and driving expansion


• Ability to engage confidently with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders


• Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills


• Experience in HR tech, workforce platforms, or mission-driven organizations is an asset
