Liquidation Max Online auctions is seeking an experienced data entry supervisor to join our team.

Tasks:

  • Supervise daily data entry operations to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely task completion.
  • Monitor workflow, assign responsibilities, and manage data entry staff to maintain productivity.
  • Review and audit all data entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Train new team members on data entry procedures, software tools, and quality protocols.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Prepare performance reports regularly and share operational updates with management.
  • Troubleshoot data issues and guide team members in resolving technical or entry problems.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive company information.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth data flow and resolve discrepancies quickly.
  • Ensure all deadlines, performance standards, and departmental KPIs are consistently met.

Skills required:administrative experience, catalog experience, able to multitask, able to work under pressure.

Education required: College Diploma

Languages required: English

Experience required: 1 to 2 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
