Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented residential and commercial cleaner to join our team part-time. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial properties, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas according to client specifications
  • Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Restock supplies as needed and report any maintenance issues or damages
  • Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure consistency and quality of service
  • Maintain a professional attitude and respectful interaction with clients during visits

Skills

  • Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred, especially in commercial cleaning environments
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, supplies, and equipment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards
  • Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday
  • Reliable transportation is a plus for timely arrival at various job sites
