Job DescriptionAbout the Position

Stellar Cleaners is a locally owned, family-operated cleaning company serving the Hamilton region and nearby communities. We're seeking reliable, thorough residential cleaners who take genuine pride in delivering high-quality results. As an independent contractor, you choose the hours you want to work while we coordinate the clients, scheduling, and payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform full residential cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, bathroom/kitchen sanitation, and general tidying.
  • Follow established cleaning checklists along with any specific instructions provided by homeowners.
  • Maintain clear, respectful communication with clients and our office team.
  • Notify the office about supply needs, issues, or special requests.
  • Ensure each home is left spotless, comfortable, and inviting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on residential cleaning experience.
  • Solid understanding of cleaning methods, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Valid driver's license and consistent access to a dependable vehicle.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professional communication.
  • Smartphone required for route navigation and messaging.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience completing deep cleans or move-in/move-out jobs.
  • Comfort working in homes with pets.
