Responsibilities

  • Safely operate passenger vehicles for airport transfers and guided tours, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and safety standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, assisting with luggage, and addressing any inquiries or special requests
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor to represent the company positively at all times
  • Manage schedules efficiently to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs, demonstrating excellent time management skills
  • Communicate clearly with passengers in multiple languages if applicable, enhancing the overall guest experience
  • Share interesting information about local attractions or points of interest during tours, engaging guests with lively narration and public speaking skills
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance issues promptly, and keep vehicles clean and well-maintained

Requirements

  • Valid driver's Class 4 Drivers license with a clean driving record; experience in passenger transport preferred
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
  • Strong communication skills, including public speaking and active listening, to connect confidently with guests
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
  • Proven time management skills to adhere to tight schedules without compromising safety or service quality
  • Experience in teaching or guiding groups is a plus, showcasing your ability to educate while entertaining passengers
