Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive business growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and customer service to develop their skills. Potential bonus structure available.
Duties:
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Present product features and benefits clearly to prospective customers
- Answer customer inquiries effectively and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales quotes tailored to client needs
- Assist with marketing to develop strategies for reaching target audiences
- Work and support exsisting sales manager.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Computer skills required, with QB experience an asset.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching sales goals.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
