Our client is looking for an experienced
SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
to lead the
end-to-end implementation
of
Compensation
and
Succession & Development
modules and support the
ongoing implementation
of Employee Central, Performance and Goal Management, Learning Management System.

Responsabilities:

  • Implementation & Configuration

Lead the full lifecycle implementation of
Compensation
and
Succession & Development
modules.

Conduct workshops with HR and business teams to capture functional requirements

Ensure seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals).

Develop test scripts, manage UAT, and resolve defects.

Prepare user guides and deliver training sessions for HR teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Employee Central, Compensation and/or Succession & Development preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing SuccessFactors modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, compensation cycles, and talent management frameworks.
  • Experience with integration tools (SAP CPI, APIs) and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certification in SuccessFactors module – EC, Compensation, or any other module.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Performance & Goals, Employee Central, or Workforce Analytics.
  • Ability to work in Agile project environments and use tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

This is a contarct position with a client in Toronto.
