You’ll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong.Purpose and ObjectivesSAP SuccessFactors is seeking a Functional Consultant to join our team and provide consultant‑level expertise to support the outcome‑based goals of our cloud customers. The Functional Consultant will play a crucial role in delivering tailored adoption recommendation services.ResponsibilitiesRemotely deliver 1:1 adoption and consumption‑focused services and workshops across the SAP SuccessFactors Suite.Act as a subject‑matter expert for your area(s) and develop exclusive content for SAP Preferred Success HCM customers.Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive innovation and evolution of the SAP Preferred Success HCM offering.RequirementsAssociate Certification in at least one of the SAP SuccessFactors Suite modules (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll/Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession & Development, and/or Compensation & Variable Pay) and HCM Platform.Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Suite.Excellent English written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with technical and non‑technical colleagues and customers. Additional languages are an advantage.University undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field, or other comparable experience.Please note that this position does not include a relocation package.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to their age, race, religion, national origin, ethnicity, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, etc.), sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, protected veteran status or disability, in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements.The targeted combined salary range for this position is 69,300 – 149,100 CAD, inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target. #J-18808-Ljbffr
