Responsabilités principales :


• Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies fiscales efficaces pour les clients


• Mener des recherches et analyses juridiques approfondies


• Conseiller les clients sur les implications fiscales de diverses transactions


• Assister dans les réorganisations et restructurations d'entreprises


• Fournir des conseils en planification successorale et en fiscalité post-mortem


• Collaborer avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire pour offrir des solutions juridiques complètes

Qualifications :


• Expérience : 2 à 10 ans dans un rôle pertinent en droit fiscal


• Formation : Master en fiscalité ou achèvement du cours approfondi en fiscalité du CPA


• Langue : Parfaitement bilingue (anglais et français)


• Solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes


• Excellentes capacités de communication et relations interpersonnelles


• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe


• Expérience avérée dans la gestion de projets complexes de planification fiscale et de réorganisation


Tax Lawyer - Downtown - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement effective tax strategies for clients


• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis


• Advise clients on tax implications of various transactions


• Assist in corporate reorganizations and restructuring


• Provide estate planning and post-mortem tax advice


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive legal solutions

Qualifications:


• Experience: 2 to 10 years in a relevant tax law role


• Education: Master's degree in Taxation or completion of the CPA In-Depth Tax Course


• Language: Perfectly bilingual (English and French)


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Demonstrated experience in handling complex tax planning and reorganization projects
