We are seeking an experienced
Guidewire PolicyCenter Solution Analyst
to join our team in Winnipeg. This onsite role focuses on
product model and pricing configuration
for commercial insurance products. You will define and document requirements, collaborate with IT and business teams, support integrations with vendor systems and databases, and provide analysis using complex SQL queries to ensure data quality.

What You'll Do:

  • Configure and maintain PolicyCenter product and pricing components
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications
  • Analyze large datasets to investigate issues, validate data, and optimize processes
  • Create clear documentation of system processes and data flows
  • Participate in Agile project activities and contribute to sprint deliverables

What We're Looking For:

  • Postsecondary degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or related field
  • 5+ years in the insurance industry with strong commercial insurance domain knowledge
  • 5+ years hands-on with
    Guidewire PolicyCenter
    or InsuranceSuite
  • Strong understanding of underwriting, policy admin, pricing, claims
  • Proficiency in SQL, open systems integrations, MS Office, and Visio
  • Experience with BI/DW, ETL, RDBMS, Hadoop is an asset
  • Familiarity with data management frameworks and MDM preferred
