L'équipe Produit chez Booxi
Chez Booxi, le produit est un véritable moteur stratégique, pas une fonction d'exécution.
Nous travaillons avec une roadmap Now / Next / Later, guidée par les résultats et l'impact business réel pour nos clients. Nos Product Managers sont pleinement responsables: pas de Product Owner, pas de micro-management, pas un rôle de "baby-sitter" pour les développeurs, pas de gestionnaire de projets mais des PM qui portent la vision, prennent des décisions et créent de la valeur.
Nous fonctionnons en agile, nous rédigeons des PRD structurés et nous créons des prototypes AI pour valider rapidement nos hypothèses.
Nous collaborons directement avec des marques retail internationales de premier plan, ce qui nous permet de construire un produit profondément aligné sur la réalité terrain et les besoins du marché.
Ce que tu feras en tant que Gestionnaire de produit (Product Manager):
Responsabilités principales
Ta mission principale est de faire évoluer notre nouveau produit Queue pour en faire une offre stratégique générant plus de 25 % de notre revenu récurrent.
- Présenter et contextualiser la roadmap auprès de grandes marques internationales afin d'aligner leurs besoins stratégiques avec notre vision produit.
- Aligner la stratégie produit avec le marketing, le support et les ventes afin de soutenir les objectifs d'affaires et maximiser notre impact sur les segments Mid-Market et Enterprise.
- Piloter une squad de développeurs et de QA afin de prioriser et livrer rapidement des fonctionnalités à fort impact sur nos outcomes business, en particulier pour nos clients Enterprise utilisant nos produits Core.
- Définir, structurer et maintenir la roadmap produit en priorisant selon la valeur d'affaires, les résultats attendus et les contraintes techniques.
- Travailler en mode Agile/Scrum: participer aux cérémonies, clarifier les besoins et assurer une communication fluide entre toutes les équipes.
- Analyser les données (Metabase, Amplitude, dashboards internes) pour prendre des décisions éclairées et mesurer la performance.
- Recueillir la voix des clients (support, entrevues, feedback direct) afin de s'assurer que les évolutions répondent à de réels besoins utilisateurs.
- Gérer les dépendances et contraintes techniques avec une compréhension de base du contexte technologique.

Ce Qu'on Recherche Chez Toi
- 3+ ans d'expérience comme Product Manager dans un environnement SaaS B2B.
- Maîtrise des méthodologies Agile/Scrum et utilisation courante d'outils comme JIRA, Figma et Notion.
- Mentalité orientée solutions: capacité à gérer les attentes, à dire non quand nécessaire et à résoudre des problèmes complexes.
- Solide maîtrise de la priorisation produit: frameworks, roadmaps orientées outcomes, optimisation du time-to-market.
- Approche customer-centric: entrevues, analyse des pain points, intégration active du feedback.
- Décisions guidées par la donnée: compréhension de dashboards, notions de SQL.
- Excellentes habiletés de communication en français et en anglais, autant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit; aisance à naviguer entre équipes francophones et anglophones.
- Aisance à travailler avec les grandes organisations Enterprise et leurs processus.
- Expérience en retail, e-commerce ou autre technologie digitale B2B.

At Booxi, product is a true strategic driver, not an execution function.
We work with a Now / Next / Later roadmap, guided by results and real business impact for our customers. Our Product Managers are fully responsible: no Product Owner, no micro-management, no "babysitter" role for developers, no project managers, but PMs who carry the vision, make decisions, and create value.

What You Will Do As a Product Manager
Main Responsibilities
Your main mission is to evolve our new Queue product to make it a strategic offering generating over 25% of our recurring revenue.
- Present and contextualize the roadmap to large international brands to align their strategic needs with our product vision.
- Align product strategy with marketing, support, and sales to support business objectives and maximize our impact on the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
- Lead a squad of developers and QA to prioritize and quickly deliver features with high impact on our business outcomes, particularly for our Enterprise customers using our Core products.
- Define, structure, and maintain the product roadmap by prioritizing based on business value, expected results, and technical constraints.
- Work in Agile/Scrum mode: participate in ceremonies, clarify needs, and ensure fluid communication between all teams.
- Analyze data (Metabase, Amplitude, internal dashboards) to make informed decisions and measure performance.
- Gather the voice of customers (support, interviews, direct feedback) to ensure that developments meet real user needs.
- Manage technical dependencies and constraints with a basic understanding of the technological context.

What We Are Looking For In You
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies and current use of tools like JIRA, Figma, and Notion.
- Solution-oriented mindset: ability to manage expectations, say no when necessary, and solve complex problems.
- Strong mastery of product prioritization: frameworks, outcomes-oriented roadmaps, time-to-market optimization.
