Our client is a well-established construction and project management firm known for delivering high-quality, design-focused work across Canada. They partner with top-tier retailers, designers, and consultants on a wide range of specialized projects. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and looking to build a career in finance. This is a fully in-office role (40 hours/week).

Responsibilities:

  • Enter invoices, credit card statements, and other financial data
  • Support monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Organize and maintain financial records and documentation
  • Prepare and compile tax, liability, and audit-related documents
  • Assist with internal and external audits by gathering required information
  • Set up new subcontractor vendors within the internal project management software
  • Perform additional finance or administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Accounting (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of basic finance and administrative processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
