**Position Overview**:
We are looking for **motivated and detail-oriented House Cleaners** to join our team. The role focuses primarily on residential cleaning, with occasional light commercial cleaning assignments. A **valid driver’s license** is required for travel between job sites.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning in residential homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
- Carry out light commercial cleaning duties as needed (e.g., offices, common areas, or small business spaces).
- Follow company cleaning checklists to ensure consistent quality and client satisfaction.
- Handle cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Report any issues, damages, or supply needs to the supervisor.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing C4 Building Maintenance.
- Travel to multiple job sites as required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Valid driver’s license** and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Physically able to bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Good communication and time management skills.
